Own a Piece of It
A first set of social creative for the Winners, Inc. Regulation A offering and the $WNRS ticker: eight feed posts and one launch reel, built on the CEO's line, “Why predict the future when you can own a piece of it.” Every number on them comes from the qualified offering circular or the company's own press releases, and every piece carries the SEC legend a qualified Reg A advertisement has to carry.
- Eight posts at 1080×1350 and a 20-second reel at 1080×1920, ready to schedule. Six are built on the black-and-teal system from invest.otcwinners.com; two follow the Aeros poster reference you sent (full-bleed photo, two giant lines, a colored band); the reel follows the Cytonics milestone reel (ambient visuals, logo pinned, one caption per beat).
- Only facts from the record are on the artwork. $0.50 a share post-split, $500 minimum, up to $5,000,000, Tier 1, best efforts, sold directly by the company, qualified 24 April 2026 under File No. 024-12729, open to accredited and non-accredited investors, MeVu live since January 2026 on Kalshi and Polymarket. Nothing about price targets, valuation, uplisting or returns.
- The SEC legend is on every piece and in every caption. For a qualified offering the ad has to say the SEC qualified the statement, that qualification is not approval, and where to get the circular. It is the small block at the foot of each post and the end of the reel, and it repeats in the captions below so it survives Instagram's crop.
- Three lines need someone at Winners to confirm before posting. A one-sentence description of BetWallet (the investor page names it but never says what it is), whether shares in this offering are free-trading as the circular states, and whether the company wants the invest page or the SEC filing as the primary link.
What the campaign says
The CEO's line is the campaign. It reframes the company's own pitch: Winners is building infrastructure for prediction markets, so the product predicts the future, and the offering lets you own the company that does it. Around that one idea the set covers what a first-time investor asks in order: what is it, what are the terms, what do I actually own, how do I do it, and why now. The "already public" angle is the one most Reg A issuers cannot use, so two pieces lean on it.
Tone is the invest page's: declarative, no exclamation marks, no urgency words, teal reserved for the one phrase that matters on each piece. Type is the site's own Space Grotesk and Inter. The W mark is keyed from the company's own logo file, not redrawn.

The legend, and the lines we will not write
The wording follows the standard post-qualification Regulation A legend. It should still get one read from counsel, and the same block should go in every caption, because Instagram crops the foot of a 4:5 image in some placements.
No share-price targets, no valuation, no "Nasdaq" or "uplisting" (the May press release mentions it as a goal; it is a forward-looking claim, not a term of the offering), no projected returns, no market-size figures from third parties (the invest page's $16B-to-$64B and $1 trillion numbers are Bernstein's and others' and would need sourcing on the artwork), no "limited time" or scarcity language, no comparisons to other issuers.
BetWallet: one sentence on what it is. Free trading: the circular describes Tier 1 shares issued as free trading upon qualification; if counsel wants that stated on P5, it is a one-line add. Primary link: every piece points to invest.otcwinners.com; the SEC filing can be the link instead if the company prefers. Handle: the invest page names @WinnersInc on X; confirm the Instagram handle before tagging.

How they were made
Each piece is one HTML file rendered by a headless browser at twice size and downsampled, so the type is the invest page's own faces and the mark is the company's logo keyed from its file. The MeVu dashboard on P6 is the app's own screenshot. Higgsfield supplied four backdrops at one credit each: floodlight bokeh, the teal chart, the field-level stadium and the phone in the stands. The reel is the same stills with push-ins and crossfades in ffmpeg, captions rendered as transparent overlays; no generated video, no credits.
